Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Service Technician

to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for the repair, refurbishment, and testing of slot machines and related parts, including bill validators, touchscreen monitors, and other electronic components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and refurbish slot machines and components including bill validators, touchscreen monitors, and power supplies.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in electronics repair, slot machine servicing, or a similar technical role. Working knowledge of bill validators, touchscreen monitors, and mechanical/electronic troubleshooting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting. Basic computer skills for data entry and service logging. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repair procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with slot machines or gaming equipment. Technical certifications or training in electronics repair. Familiarity with warehouse or service center operations.

Work Environment:

Full-time role in a warehouse/service shop environment. Hands-on, physically active position with daily interaction with slot machines and parts. May occasionally require overtime based on workload. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble slot machines and related equipment. Perform quality control checks and functional testing on repaired units. Document repairs, part usage, and work performed in service records. Maintain a clean and organized workbench and comply with all safety procedures. Assist in receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory of parts and equipment. Support the team with general warehouse duties as needed.
