What You'll Do

Track down and repair roof leaks with precision and urgency Perform preventative maintenance to keep customers' roofs watertight Work side-by-side with Service Managers to support both commercial and residential clients Step up when the company needs it -- inspections, repairs, or special projects Lead by example in the field: safety, quality, and hustle every single day

What We're Looking For

Roofing experience (service, repair, or installation -- commercial or residential) A "whatever it takes" mentality -- owning outcomes, not just clocking hours Hunger to grow -- eager to learn the business, not just the trade Grit and adaptability -- willing to work in all conditions, with urgency and pride Team-first attitude -- reliable, dependable, and someone who lifts up the people around them Someone who lives out our core values: Hustle. Full-time | Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)
