MARS is expanding and looking for a mechanically minded
Service Technician
who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and repairing complex equipment. This is a field-based role, working directly with equipment in clinics and surgery centers.

What You'll Do
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites
Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and component replacements
Install, assemble, and configure equipment
Document work performed and communicate findings with the service team
Travel regularly to customer locations (regional with occasional overnights)
Work independently with professionalism and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
Background in any of the following is a plus: automotive repair, electronics/computer building, HVAC, industrial maintenance, assembly, or similar mechanical trades
Ability to follow technical instructions and diagnose issues logically
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Must be willing to drive 75% of the week
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Reliable, accountable, and capable of working independently
Preferred But Not Required
Previous field service experience
Understanding of electrical or mechanical systems
