What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repairs on ag and construction equipment in both the shop and the field.



Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and performing basic to complex repairs Documenting parts and services performed accurately Meeting service efficiency and productivity goals Participating in ongoing training and development Following all safety protocols Promoting fair, customer-friendly billing practices

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of diesel, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Experience with diagnostic tools and repair techniques Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset Valid Driver's License required Prior experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, or similar role Automotive and transportation techs encouraged to apply!

The Details

Location

: Ankeny, IA

Schedule

: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends)

Travel

: Local day travel expected

Work Environment

: Split between shop and field settings, occasional exposure to outdoor elements and uneven surfaces. Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly required.
