What You'll Do



Respond quickly to customers and team members via phone, text, and email Maintain accurate receipts, hours, photos, and job documentation Use Service Fusion, Excel, and basic computer tools to manage job details Show up on time (or early) and maintain dependable daily attendance Approach challenges creatively to deliver fast, high-quality results Support the team with a humble, positive, and upbeat attitude

Job costs estimating experience and aptitude Leadership or crew-lead experience Related college degree or technical school certification Fast, responsive communicator Empathetic and customer-focused Quick learner who enjoys asking questions and gaining new skills Detail-oriented and organized Reliable, timely, and consistent Tech-comfortable (Service Fusion experience a plus) Positive, friendly, and team-oriented Creative problem-solver

Compensation & Incentives



Starting pay:

$23/hour

6-month period with review for potential raise Regular one-on-one meetings with leadership for feedback, recognition, and goal setting Performance bonuses available based on: Work orders completed on time and to standard Customer satisfaction ratings Documentation compliance (details included, before/after photos, etc.) Cross-training completed with new trade partners and acquiring new skills Contribution to overall profitability

Requirements



Must pass a background check Must sign an employment agreement prior to start Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on roofs and outdoors in varying conditions
