What You'll Do
Respond quickly to customers and team members via phone, text, and email

Use Service Fusion, Excel, and basic computer tools to manage job details
Show up on time (or early) and maintain dependable daily attendance
Approach challenges creatively to deliver fast, high-quality results
Support the team with a humble, positive, and upbeat attitude

Leadership or crew-lead experience
Related college degree or technical school certification

Compensation & Incentives
Starting pay:
$23/hour
6-month period with review for potential raise
Regular one-on-one meetings with leadership for feedback, recognition, and goal setting
Performance bonuses available based on:
Work orders completed on time and to standard
Customer satisfaction ratings
Documentation compliance (details included, before/after photos, etc.)
Cross-training completed with new trade partners and acquiring new skills
Contribution to overall profitability
Requirements
Must pass a background check
Must sign an employment agreement prior to start
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on roofs and outdoors in varying conditions
