We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team at Basement Systems of Indiana. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various basement waterproofing and foundation repair systems.

Responsibilities:

Perform service calls to diagnose issues with basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling systems. Execute repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of installed systems. Communicate with customers professionally, explaining service procedures, addressing concerns, and providing recommendations for preventive maintenance. Accurately document service activities, including diagnosis, repairs performed, and parts used, in company records and computerized systems. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate service schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of service calls. Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a safe work environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers. Continuously expand knowledge and skills through training opportunities provided by the company to stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product developments.



What We Need for this Role




1+ years of service experience preferred but not required. Construction experience preferred but not required. Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Skill in operating computer software. * Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
