Travel:

Expect overnight travel in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana as needed. Hotels and per diem provided while working out of town.

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment? SP&E, Inc. is seeking a

Service Tech

to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing bleacher systems, gymnasium equipment, operable wall partitions, and more. You will ensure that all services are completed in accordance with manufacturer requirements and international building codes.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and budgets Stay updated with specialized products and industry changes Take accurate measurements and communicate details to the Service Manager Attend training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and proficiency Implement risk management practices to ensure job site safety Track project performance and contribute to successful project completion Lead customer training sessions on the effective use of new products Maintain detailed daily logs and checklists of your work

What We're Looking For:

Excellent client-facing and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Problem-solving abilities to adapt to challenges efficiently Experience with construction equipment (forklift, telehandler, scissor lift) Familiarity with a Management System (preferred but not required) Clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles and pull a trailer Must be able to pass background check; no felonies allowed

Wage & Benefits:

Starting Wage:

Competitive and based on experience, paid weekly.

Benefits:

Full benefits package available after a 90-day probationary period in accordance with company policy.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods while traveling, stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions, including exposure to dirt, dust, and extreme temperatures. Must be able to climb ladders and navigate uneven surfaces.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
