We are currently seeking:

Service Schedule Coordinator

Join Tusco Perimeter Security as a Service Schedule Coordinator & Customer Service Representative. In this key role, you will coordinate field service activities and deliver outstanding customer support to ensure seamless installations, maintenance, and repairs of our high-security perimeter solutions.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of perimeter security systems (barriers, gates, access controls, etc.). Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries; provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Maintain service calendars, prioritize emergency and high-priority requests, and optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency. Process service orders, monitor job progress, and keep accurate, up-to-date records in the company's tracking/ERP system. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to meet client needs and project timelines. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/dispatch software. Solid problem-solving skills and consistent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 4+ years of experience in customer service, service scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles. Experience in the physical security, construction, or field-service industry is a plus. Working knowledge of barriers, gates, access controls, hydraulics, or electrical systems is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds at a time.
