Responsibilities

(include but are not limited to):


Greet and assist Service Department customers with professionalism and a positive attitude. Manage vehicle flow in the service drive and support advisors with daily tasks. Move, clean, and prepare vehicles for delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, including light cleaning and waste disposal. Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code standards. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays as needed
