to support the service department's daily operations and maintain high-quality standards for every vehicle serviced. This dual-role position is responsible for transporting vehicles safely, organizing service flow, and performing final inspections to verify services meet dealership expectations.
Responsibilities:
Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles within the dealership lot.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and shop spaces.
Greet customers in the service lane and assist with directing them to advisors as needed.
Ensure vehicles are staged appropriately for technicians and ready for customer pickup
Perform thorough post-service inspections to verify that all repairs, maintenance, and services were completed correctly
Identify issues or discrepancies and communicate them promptly to service advisors or technicians.
Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards prior to returning it to the customer.
Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive dealership experience.
Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
