Service & Parts Advisor

began in 1882 with just one horse and buggy! Since then, Law Motor Freight has grown to provide a variety of transportation services to New England customers, with an exceptional dedication to quality and flexibility.

Immediate opening for a Service & Parts Advisor position,

$25.00 to $30.00 an hour - BASED ON EXPERIENCE -

Monday - Friday - FT - Start: 7:00 am

What you will do on a typical shift:

Maintain customer satisfaction index rating Greet customers in a timely friendly manner Maintaining the schedule while adding appointments Obtain customer and vehicle data If additional work is need, explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time considerations Provide estimates for labor and parts Establish "time promised" check with person responsible for work distribution if necessary Handle telephone inquiries regarding parts and work in process, appointments Be responsible for quality control to ensure that work is completed as requested and to reduce comebacks. Pull purchased parts from stock Set up orders for daily shipment and or pick up Participate in training programs Stock room organization and inventory tracking

What you need at a minimum to succeed at LMF:

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Efficient with all Microsoft office programs Former mechanical training is a plus Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of the job. Good decision-making ability and work well as part of a team.
