Job Description

In the Service Order Handling Specialist role, you will be responsible for managing the entry of all service orders and spare part sales orders into SAP/ERP. They are accountable for all order information, details, and invoicing. They will collaborate with Dispatchers, SPOC, and Contract Administrator to adhere to all order requirements and details. This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 3 days a week onsite at the Bohemia office. (The first few months will require to be onsite 5 days a week.)


In the Service Order Handling Specialist role, you will be responsible for managing the entry of all service orders and spare part sales orders into SAP/ERP. They are accountable for all order information, details, and invoicing. They will collaborate with Dispatchers, SPOC, and Contract Administrator to adhere to all order requirements and details.

What you will accomplish together with us:



Processing of field service orders from SMS to SAP/ERP Processing of spare parts sales orders in SAP/ERP Processing of returns, credits, and debits for all order types Manage open orders reports for spare parts sales orders and Key Account Customers Processing of billing documents and invoices Creation of Return Authorization Number for Depot Services Issuing quotations and delivery documents for depot services Communicate with customers on order status Coordinate with & provide support to Field service team Ordering spare parts for onsite service visits Maintain order status and information in SMS & SAP/ERP Provide customer support via phone & email Routing customer phone calls & emails to appropriate internal departments Assist Service Managers as requested Other duties as assigned

What will convince us:



High School Diploma/GED Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, order entry, or field dispatching Minimum of Beginner's experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred Experience with field service management system is preferred

Compensation will range between $30-$35 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
