WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in home services customer support and familiarity with ServiceTitan software are preferred but not required. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

Previous experience handling inbound calls Detail-oriented and a self-starter Strong computer skills

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SERVICE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with

occasional Saturday shifts

as needed.


As our Service Operations Assistant - Customer Service Rep, you'll be the central hub for scheduling service requests, coordinating with customers, and supporting our field team. You'll manage inbound calls, follow up with current members, and ensure appointments are booked efficiently. You'll also assist with permits, installations, and other key tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, all while delivering a friendly, professional experience.
