Overview:

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Service Manager where you will manage the store's service operations and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring that our dealership meets and exceeds industry standards with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Financial and Performance Management:

Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds goals, market services to maintain a consistent income stream, and effectively manage workflows, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders

Customer Interaction

Experience

Handle all customer inquiries and communications, from repair estimates to resolving complaints, and manage the service department's workflow to meet financial and operational goals

Documentation and Communication

Supervise and schedule employees, market the service department to ensure a steady workflow, and ensure all service records, work orders, and documentation are maintained accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner

Safety and

Compliance:

Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements

Qualifications:

Required:2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc) Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours Ability to effectively lead and manage people
