SR1 Trailers is in search of a Service Manager who takes pride in their work.
On-the-job training available for industry specific duties
Responsibilities will consist of but not be limited to:
Managing trailer service department
Assisting the parts department with trailer related tasks
Ensure top level customer service experience by providing timely and prompt customer and associate follow up
Seek positive Google reviews from customers
Work alongside the technicians in the shop to build/assemble, and repair trailers as needed
Work outside in all weather conditions to help unload and assemble as needed
Serve as the "service expediter" when needed, getting the next units ready to come into the shop. Generate and execute repair orders and proper procedures relating to trailers
Ensure that all parts used for trailers are accounted for and relieved from our system on an RO
Motivate the techs to work safe, hard, smart, and efficiently
Use exceptional organizational skills to keep track of what parts are needed for what service jobs and stay on top of the supplier to get these parts as soon as possible.
Propel the trailer segment forward in all aspects of service productivity, customer experience, internal processes, and overall enthusiasm about the products
Increase profitability for service department
Embrace and lead service department expansion into additional opportunities such as truck bed installs
Work with COO and GM to adapt to change and new company wide initiatives
Full and consistent alignment with company values.

Valid drivers license
Schedule:
M-F 9-5
Willing to work with the right candidate to build out a schedule that best fits their needs
