job summary:
Growing company in the Lansing, MI area is seeking a Service Manager to oversee repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment at farm locations. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience as well as a sales background and experience working in an agricultural or farm setting. HVAC service and repair capabilities a plus.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

salary: $78,000 - 83,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Technical service for customers in a group of company locations in the region
- Oversee a team of service technicians
- Provide repair and maintenance of farm and dairy equipment
- Provide advisory services and emergency support
- Manage inventory pertinent to projects
- Track warranty issues
- Serve as customer contact, providing excellent customer service
- Previous supervisory experience
- Willingness to travel regionally and have a clean driving record
- Previous farm or dairy experience
- Sales experience
- Minimum high school degree
- Troubleshooting and repair capabilities
- HVAC experience preferred
- Experience level: Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
