YOUR MISSION AS SERVICE MANAGER

You'll be the engine that keeps the service department running strong, profitable, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Set, forecast, and
crush department goals
Recruit, train, motivate, and lead top-tier service talent
Build and manage the service department budget
Monitor KPIs, productivity, CSI, and profitability
Drive teamwork across all departments
Ensure compliance with manufacturer, warranty, OSHA, and local/state regulations
Develop marketing strategies to increase repeat and referral business
Lead weekly department meetings and ongoing training
Maintain high-quality repairs while minimizing comebacks
Oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, and technician productivity
Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Serve as the liaison with factory reps and technical schools
Ensure top-tier customer experience from write-up to follow-up
