We are the official Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki dealer located in Saint George, UT in Washington County. Factory Powersports strives to provide exceptional customer service in new and used sales, parts and accessories, as well as service and repair for recreational machines.

We are seeking an experienced

Service Fixed Operations Manager

to lead our service department, optimize operational performance, and elevate the customer experience.

Position Overview

The Service Manageroversees all service department operations, including workflow management, team leadership, customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance. This role ensures efficient day-to-day service operations while driving continuous improvement, revenue growth, and exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Manage daily service operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality work. Promote a strong customer-service culture, and resolve escalated concerns effectively. Monitor and manage KPIs, including productivity, CSI scores, labor efficiency, and profitability. Develop and implement processes to improve workflow, scheduling, and communication. Oversee warranty administration and ensure compliance with OEM and company policies. Collaborate with parts, sales, and administrative teams to optimize fixed operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of service department operations and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong customer-service focus with the ability to build long-term relationships. Experience with service management systems / DMS preferred. (We use DX1)

Business hours

Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm Saturday 9 am - 4 pm
Pay: $10.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
