A Day in the Life of a Service Manager




As a Service Manager, you'll lead a team of up to 10 technicians and play a key role in branch operations. You will guide hiring, performance coaching, customer communication, and route optimization. You'll also champion our culture by building a team environment where people feel supported, motivated, and empowered to grow in their careers.


Every day, you'll be part coach, part problem-solver, and part culture champion--while helping protect homes, families, and businesses.

What You'll Do



Lead and support a team of

up to 10 technicians

at our Charlotte location Recruit, hire, and train

new and existing team members

Coach performance, conduct ride-alongs, and deliver ongoing development Support

routing and scheduling

efficiency across technician territories Utilize CRM systems to manage service performance and customer updates Build customer relationships and increase service retention Monitor team metrics and provide

real-time feedback and performance reports

Drive engagement and teamwork through positive leadership Promote and protect our

What We're Looking For



High school diploma or equivalent required Experience managing a team of

5 or more employees

Strong communication and coaching skills Goal-driven with a

hands-on leadership style

Ability to manage time, solve problems, and make decisions independently A passion for building teams and developing people "Fire in the belly" attitude and competitive mindset to win
