Job Description
Technical Source is looking for a Service Logistics Administrator to join our client specializing in X-Ray Medical Devices in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate would have the below experience:
Requirements for the job:
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology, software, equipment and workflows.
- Proficient in Windows PC, MS Office apps, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form in a consistently dependable and professional manner.
- Ability to research and dig for effective resolutions, and then deliver results in a poised and professional manner.
- Aggressive learner with the ability to research and dig for creative and innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving industry, and then deliver results in a poised and professional manner.
- Ability to resolve customer issues with creative solutions without impacting process, procedures and product integrity.
- Excellent deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to respond to frequent demands from multiple customers and work in a fast paced and multi-tasked work environment both independently and as a member of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, medical imaging, software or other relevant field with 3-5 years of technical customer service support experience (medical field preferred), or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
