This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Service Hub Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • You respond to requests from internal Siemens Healthineers employees, customers, and third party service providers to facilitate documentation and information needs
  • You support on-site customer-facing personnel (i.e. Regional Service Managers, Customer Service Engineers, Account Executives) through construction of presentation material and metrics gathering in order to display service contract performance.
  • You will manage ticketing intake system in collaboration with peers to ensure workload balancing and appropriate request response time.
  • You will respond to internal and external inquiries received through Service Hub team mailbox in order to ensure customer needs are met.
  • You will recommend improvements and enhancements to the customer experience to the broader organization; support the implementation and testing of these enhancements in collaboration with peers.

  • Must have strong presentation skills and be comfortable leading discussions with internal and external audiences.
  • Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Successfully manage competing priorities while achieving key performance indicators and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Experience communicating ideas and rationale to internal teams and customers.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, interact favorably with others and skilled at maintaining positive relationships while working to resolve problems with a high level of professional integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage time and prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issue.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus, but not required.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
  • 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a customer relationship-focused role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
