Mister Sparky is looking for skilled Electricians to add to our growing team and we are excited to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus according to the following schedule.*

$1000 30-day retention

$1000 60-day retention

$1000 90-day retention

$2000 180-day retention

You will be issued an iPad and take home vehicle with fuel card once you are ready to go out in the field. In addition, our experienced management team is readily available to assist you. We offer steady, full-time work year-round. Our wages are very competitive with a guaranteed hourly rate and uncapped earning potential. Our top performers earn an average annual salary of $130,000.

*Sign-on bonus in an amount equal to $3,000 (the \xe2\x80\x9cSign-On Bonus\xe2\x80\x9d), payable in 3 equal payments over 90 days via regular payroll. The first payment will be issued with the payroll period comprising the 30-day anniversary from Start Date. Subsequent payments will be issued with the payroll periods comprising the 60-day and 90-day anniversaries from Start Date. Final payout of $2000 will be issued with the payroll period comprising the 180-day anniversary from Start Date. All bonus payments will be subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements. You must be employed through the end of each measurement period to remain eligible for the associated bonus pay out.
Full-time with occasional on-call, nights, and weekends.
