What You'll Need to Succeed:

Proficiency in dispatching software

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in tracking and coordinating technicians Strong organizational skills and a knack for clear communication

Your Role:

As a Service Dispatcher, your day kicks off with setting the stage for success: checking schedules, assigning service calls, and using our CRM to keep track of all our moving parts. You're the go-to person for our technicians, coordinating jobs, adjusting routes, and updating customers with ETAs. As calls come in, you prioritize and dispatch jobs, keeping communication flowing between the team and our valued clients. It's a mix of planning, problem-solving, and quick thinking-but with you at the helm, our service runs smoothly and efficiently!

Work ScheduleLocation:

This full-time dispatch role is based in our New Orleans, LA office. You'll work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, helping our team bring comfort to homes across the city.
