RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a receptionist/appointment coordinator, you will be expected to answer all inbound calls to the dealership, determine the nature of their business, and direct callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, provides basic information to all callers, schedule appointments effectively for the service department, perform next day follow up calls on missed appointments, and report all credit card/check/cash receipts finalized at the end of the day.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Overtime if needed
