Service Department Manager

to lead our high-performing service team. This role is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, developing our people, and maintaining strong process discipline in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do


------------------


Lead day-to-day Service Department operations (lane management, dispatch, workflow, quality control) Ensure exceptional customer service and protect CSI performance Coach, train, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff Monitor key fixed ops metrics: ELR, productivity, efficiency, RO count, warranty compliance, and gross targets Oversee warranty submissions, repair order accuracy, and GM compliance Partner with Parts, Used Cars, BDC, and Accounting to support dealership goals Manage used car recon workflow and ensure timely completion Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally Drive continuous process improvement and maintain a safe, organized shop




What We're Looking For


--------------------------


5+ years of automotive service management or advisor leadership experience (GM preferred)

Strong understanding of fixed operations, warranty, and OEM processes Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume dealership environment Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with Dealertrack DMS, Xtime, and GM tools (or willingness to learn) Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented mindset




Compensation & Benefits

$135,000 - $180,000/year
