to oversee day-to-day service operations for one or more of our long-term clients. This role focuses on managing staff augmentation and managed service engagements, ensuring smooth delivery, strong client relationships, and measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management experience, particularly in leading or coordinating IT teams and multi-phase service initiatives, and a proven ability to drive success through communication, organization, and accountability. While deep technical expertise is not required, a solid understanding of IT environments and service delivery best practices is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of managed services, including incidents, problem, change, and service request management.
Manage staff augmentation resources and ensure integration and performance align with client needs.
Serve as a
primary point of contact and trusted advisor
to clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and service outcomes
Build and maintain relationships with client executives, delivery leaders, and stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
Oversee SLAs, ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Monitor team performance, produce KPI reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT service delivery with broader organizational goals.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
