Job Description

Position Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end processing of fuel and lubricant orders within our internal SAP platform. This role involves coordinating deliveries across one or more product lines (e.g., Fuels, Lubricants), issuing credit notes for returned items, and overseeing invoicing and reconciliation activities for multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities



Strategically plan and optimize fleet usage to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs Schedule and monitor daily deliveries in alignment with branch standards and PATROM regulations using Optilogistic software Ensure availability of drivers and vehicles to meet delivery commitments Generate daily delivery schedules and manage transportation invoice tracking via Optilogistic and Terminal Manager Address transportation-related incidents including customer complaints, product loss, and delivery disruptions Coordinate product returns or detours, and process associated credit/debit transactions Support delivery rescheduling when sourcing from alternate terminals Maintain inventory of essential spare equipment (e.g., hoses, fire extinguishers) Collect and report unsafe delivery conditions, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on resolution Respond to delivery issues, delays, emergency calls, and invoice printing concerns during on-call assignments Communicate directly with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth operations Enter fuel and lubricant orders into SAP Compile and distribute volume reports to Sales, Operations, and General Management Prepare and transmit fuel and lubricant data files Execute accurate invoicing for fuel and lubricant transactions

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Proven experience in the transportation or logistics industry Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Solid understanding of logistics operations, supply chain principles, and SAP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrates integrity, resilience under pressure, and the ability to anticipate and respond swiftly to challenges Strong interpersonal and business relationship management skills

Availability:



Mondays through Fridays from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation:



$33,259.20k annual salary + on call incentive
