We are currently recruiting for the position of:

Service Deli Manager - Lucky - 291 McCray Street, Hollister, CA 95023

The Service Deli Manager is responsible for assigning job tasks, scheduling, enforcing company policy, training, merchandising, planning and monitoring production. This position is also accountable for satisfying projected sales and ordering merchandise. The Service Deli Manager may be assigned quality control, and other duties.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

\xc2\xb7 Manage all aspects of service deli operations to include ordering product, inventory control, merchandising

\xc2\xb7 Product ordering, inventory control, deli operations, merchandising, sales techniques, and department management

\xc2\xb7 Perform and ensure the performance of prompt, good customer service to provide satisfactory service to maximize sales and profits.

\xc2\xb7 Perform and ensure the performance of proper food preparation and packaging

\xc2\xb7 Uphold policies and procedures, make decisions, lead and instruct employees, recognize sale trends and indicators, work within and promote a team environment

\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

\xc2\xb7 Ability to follow the Company sales and production planning standards

\xc2\xb7 Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership/team building and training skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service skills and suggestive selling ability

\xc2\xb7 Ability to perform in-stock positioning and pricing integrity

\xc2\xb7 Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations

Education: One year of college (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)

Experience: Two years of related experience

Other: Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours

Physical: Basic office and store environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects
