Duties:
Booking inbound service/repair calls
Ordering Parts from Vendors
Dispatching Service Technicians
Customer service both internal and external
Primary contact to field service team
Data entry
Spreadsheet maintenance
Filing, typing, and answering phone
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Experience with ServiceTitan, Coordination, and/or dispatching preferred
Must have strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills including grammar and proofing
Polite and professional customer service & phone skills
Strong organizational/time management skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong work ethic
Must have a strong sense of urgency
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years general office and customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience in a fast pace dispatching or coordination role.
4+ years general office and customer service experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
