What we will ask you to do:

Provide the highest level of customer service, perception, and satisfaction.

Process IT service requests as they arrive through inbounds calls, emails, or other means.

Maintain an organized and clean environment.

Coordinate incoming service requests with the appropriate team for resolution.

Manage your service ticket boards effectively and efficiently.

Be available for partners and ready to serve.

Bring a positive attitude and high energy 100% of the time.

Solve problems and grow your role.
