We are looking for a motivated and organized professional to assist the Hospital Division with contract coordination, client support, and administrative operations. This position requires close collaboration with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services, while maintaining excellent communication and record management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from clients via phone, email, or text regarding service agreements and requests.
Maintain and update contact records for hospitals, clinics, and related partners.
Collect and track information needed for service proposals and follow up on pending items.
Record client interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
Review internal reports to identify potential service and business opportunities.
Track leads and coordinate follow-up actions in collaboration with the sales team.
Administer client satisfaction surveys and compile data for analysis.
Support administrative operations, including document filing and official correspondence.
Assist the Finance team with billing documentation and report submissions.
Coordinate logistics for installations, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
Provide backup support for reception and general administrative tasks.
Suggest and help implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency and client experience.
Job Requirements
High school diploma required; postsecondary or technical coursework preferred.
At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is desirable.
Strong organizational abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Professional presence with a focus on customer care and teamwork.
