- Order all materials and parts required to complete service
- Maintain communication with our customers via phone, email, etc.
- Data entry & record maintenance in our CRM program
- Work with the office administrative coordinator & installation coordinator on a daily basis
- Must be extremely organized and efficient in handling paperwork
- Strong communication skills necessary with both customers and inner office
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to work with a team & independently
- Highly proficient in data entry
- Detail oriented
- Reliability
