The Service Coordinator coordinates calls associated with service of new and existing equipment. These calls may pertain to equipment startup & demonstration of new equipment. This position requires above-average attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. This Coordinator must be self-motivated with high energy and the ability to interact with numerous individuals, in multiple functions, in a dynamic and changing environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Initiate service calls for all equipment Upload service calls into vendor portals as needed Maintain Service Log for all open and completed service calls. Update tracking system real time for start-up and service activities. Assists with scheduling start-up, commissioning, and training/demo appointments, as assigned. This includes customer/end-user notification of pending appointments as it relates to deliveries, appointments, and service calls. Communicate both internally and externally regarding startup and service status, reporting all issues promptly to the proper person. Foster productive relationships with factory service departments and factory authorized service agents Maintain familiarity with factory warranty programs and details. Maintenance of corporate files (paper and electronic) related to service activities. Special projects as requested. The duties and responsibilities described are not necessarily an exhaustive list. Additional duties may be assigned to the employee as necessitated by business demands.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in providing administrative project support directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.



Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of AutoQuotes helpful (not required). Strong customer service skills. Effective interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail; highly organized. Exceptional work ethic with a focus on achieving goals and targets in a timely and complete manner. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner. Highly driven and self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Ability to negotiate startup and service priorities with factories when necessary. Foster positive relations and communications with co-workers. Strong relationship building skills with customers, general contractors, architects, manufacturers and vendors, and other trades on job sites. Possess integrity and ethical character. Ability to think creatively, critically and solve problems.

Work requires sitting for extended periods of time while operating a computer.

Working remote. The core hours of this position are 8:00am - 4:00 pm. However, some evening and weekend hours may be required to meet business demands.

Limited travel may be required for training, seminars, etc.
