CIS, Inc. is currently seeking a proactive and organized
Service Coordinator
to oversee our service department, ensuring seamless service delivery from scheduling to completion. This role involves coordinating technicians, managing client communication, tracking work orders, and ensuring field teams have necessary information and resources their assigned jobs. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, have excellent communication skills, work efficiently with others and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Work hours will be: Monday - Fraday, 8am. - 5PM.
Duties
Scheduling & Dispatching:
Assigning technicians to jobs, managing daily schedules, and coordinating logistics.
Client Communication:
Acting as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues.
Technician Support:
Providing field teams with necessary information, materials, and guidance.
Data Entry:
Creating new customer accounts, inputting accurate contact and billing information, updating and maintaining existing accounts.
Reporting:
Maintaining detailed records and generating reports for management.
Parts Orders:
Placing orders, tracking orders, verifying orders upon delivery
Skills
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with techs, customers, and management.
Organization & Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle logistical demands.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
Resolving unexpected field issues, making quick decisions, and adapting to challenges.
Customer Service:
Building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Technical Aptitude:
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlooks programs, be able to quickly learn new software systems.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
