Position Overview:

As the Service Coordinator, you will manage Ameripak's service program by scheduling technicians for both on-site and off-site service calls, coordinating logistics, and tracking each job through successful completion. This position requires a high level of organization, discipline, and follow-through, as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate service technicians for customer support calls (on-site and off-site) Monitor and manage the service process from initial scheduling to final completion Serve as a point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams Maintain accurate service records and documentation Support the service department in improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
