Responsibilities

Field incoming service scheduling calls Schedule service appointments and recalls via phone and internet Accurately quote services and explain the basics of what the service entails Actively listen and problem solve guest concerns Respond to online service requests and questions, promptly and accurately Make outgoing guest calls for appointments and other reminders Fill in duties as required, such as assisting in the service drive Will be required to learn about manufacturer products, automobiles, and specific computer applications Follow all safety and security procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED One year of experience in an automotive service department is a plus Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required Exceptional communication skills and experience dealing with complex issues and guest concerns Integrity and honesty are absolute requirements Highly professional appearance and demeanor High levels of guest service and organizational skills are top priorities Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs Efficiency using Microsoft Suite Programs such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Valid Driver's License and good driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
