Responsibilities

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service forecasts Manage and track all leads Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner Manage day-to-day business of the business development center Provide ongoing support to the Service Advisors to help maintain a positive customer experience Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary to schedule appointments

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
