Job Description

The job duties for this position are as follows:

Greeting guests Answering the phone Booking appointments Setting next service appointments Efficiently using Dealertrack & Xtime scheduler while checking in new cars when needed Making follow up calls to make sure our guests had an amazing experience after their recent service visit Keeping track of the loaner car program Setting guests up in loaner vehicles while making sure we maximize our loaner utilization.

We are looking for someone who is positive, joyful, and passionate about maintaining customer satisfaction!

Salary:

$15.00 per hour
