Service Assistant / Concierge
Kearney, NE | From $16 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time
Midway Auto has been serving Nebraska drivers for over 100 years, and we're looking for a Service Assistant / Concierge to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly.What You'll Do:
Greet customers in the service drive and connect them with Service Advisors Vacuum and prepare vehicles with floor mats and seat covers Keep the service drive and customer lounge clean, organized, and welcoming Move vehicles to the correct areas (outside or technician bays) Maintain night drop area and restock supplies Assist with light cleaning and occasional vehicle pick-up/delivery
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service skills (required) Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated Able to be on your feet for extended periods Valid driver's license required
