The Wilkinson Firm partners with national hotel brands and event venues across North Carolina. We are looking for a Service and Hospitality Manager to oversee large scale events and maintain excellence in every guest experience.
About the Role
You will lead teams of servers and bartenders through complex setups and fast paced banquets. This role combines leadership logistics and people management.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate front of house operations for hotel and convention events
• Manage schedules and task assignments for event teams
• Serve as the point of contact for clients during events
• Conduct service checks and ensure brand standards are upheld

Qualifications

• 2 or more years in a supervisory or hospitality leadership role
• Professional presence and strong communication
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams with respect and clarity
• Passion for creating memorable service experiences

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay ranges from 18 to 20 per hour
