What You'll Do:

Lead daily shop operations and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians Professionally present and sell services based on technician evaluations and digital inspections Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our mission:

Build lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and value Coach and support team members to help them reach their full potential Keep operations running smoothly and maintain an organized, productive shop environment

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay -- $52,000-$100,000+ depending on experience 6 Paid Holidays PTO: 8 days after 90 days, 13 days after 2 years

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Service Advisor or Shop Manager with strong communication skills Motivated, dependable, and genuinely customer-focused Professional appearance and leadership presence Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask A team player who thrives in a fast-paced but supportive environment Automotive industry experience (especially in independent repair) preferred
