Schedule:

Monday - Friday only 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Extend a professional and welcoming greeting to every customer immediately Verify all customer information including email and cell phone with every customer Gather all necessary vehicle information correctly and record accurately Identify customers primary concern and accurately document everything needed to ensure vehicle will be fixed right the first time Write a detailed repair order for each customer given their needs Perform visual walk around of the vehicle making any note of vehicle condition Work with and assist automotive technicians on repair orders Create and maintain great customer relationships that foster repeat and referral business Perform clear and consistent communication with every customer Handle all customer concerns immediately with a fair resolution for the customer and the dealership Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores Give fair and competitive price quotes along with detailed documentation Follow all factory guidelines for warranty coverage Adhere to all company policies and standards Work as a team player Maintain a clean and organized work area Apply a high standard of employee conduct including reliability, promptness, appearance and professional behavior Follow every step to the service repair process Open to continuous training and learning is a must Additional duties assigned

Compensation level:

Hourly rate of 30$

Education & Experience:

CDK experience required Have an overall knowledge of automobiles and repair type work At least one year of automotive retail advisor/consultant experience preferred

Requires standing for periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling. Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Must be able to type for extended periods of time. Requires being able to hear and speak with others in-person or on the phone.
