Job Summary:

Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Service Advisor to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, be customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.



As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers--ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, transparency, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and schedule service appointments Communicate clearly about repairs, services, and timelines Provide accurate repair estimates and gain customer approval Collaborate with technicians to manage vehicle workflow Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service updates Maintain detailed and accurate service records Uphold Bell Ford's commitment to quality and professionalism

Qualifications:

3+ years of Service Advisor experience

at a domestic dealership Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with

Reynolds & Reynolds

software is a plus Valid

AZ driver's license

with a clean driving record Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting
