Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments
Communicate clearly about repairs, services, and timelines
Provide accurate repair estimates and gain customer approval
Collaborate with technicians to manage vehicle workflow
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service updates
Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Uphold Bell Ford's commitment to quality and professionalism
Qualifications:
3+ years of Service Advisor experience
at a domestic dealership
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with
Reynolds & Reynolds
software is a plus
Valid
AZ driver's license
with a clean driving record
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting
