Olmsted Auto Care is one of the greatest independent auto repair facilities to date. We are located just west of North Olmsted before North Ridgeville. In addition to service consultant roles, you'll interact with customers by handling their inquiries, providing information about our services, assisting with appointment scheduling and checking in clients at the front desk.

Qualifications for the Service Consultant Role

Experience: 8 years in customer service and sales

Professional phone etiquette Upbeat and positive attitude

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Technology DVI, and Outlook

Skills:

Ability to create accurate parts and labor estimates for services

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients and resolving their needs

Time Management:

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Learning and Development:

Willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable

Unique Skill:

Ability to cook chicken wings

Teamwork:

Strong team communication skills

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Preferred:

ASE C1 certification is a plus

Monday through Friday No Weekends!

Hours:

7:40a.m. - 5:40p.m.
