is hiring an Assistant Service Manager/Service Advisor. We are looking for individuals with 3 years experience in a high volume service department and proven track records of excellent Customer Service (CSI). Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities and Duties

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system. Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service. Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 3 years automotive service advisor experience Fluent English--Bilingual a plus Documentation of past performance Automotive Knowledge required Quality Focus, Productivity, and Problem Solving Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships Can work in a fast-pace environment, is organized, and can manage time efficiently Must have valid driver's license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
