Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle needs Document concerns and create accurate repair estimates using advanced shop software Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure clear understanding of repair requirements Process work orders and track repair progress from start to finish Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding updates and recommendations Promote services and maintenance items that improve vehicle safety and reliability Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions Provide a best-in-class customer service experience

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or related role Working knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software platforms Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check Positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to grow professionally
