Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to be the primary point of contact for our medium and heavy-duty coach, truck, and bus customers seeking repair services.
Salary Range: $65,000 - 95,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Communicate job status, description, and cost to customers; send repair estimates for approval.
Secure payment for repairs per company policy.
Assist Service Manager with Technician job assignments and oversee progress to completion.
Ensure Technicians have necessary parts and supplies to complete job assignment.
Ensure service performed is appropriate and in compliance with company safety and standard operating procedures.
Maintain quality control throughout the process.
Create final customer invoice with complete explanation and charges for work performed, and review invoice with customer.
Qualifications:
Good customer service, communication, telephone and organization skills
Self-motivated, dependable, driven individual who can work independently
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and coworkers
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Ability to read and interpret technician writeups and summarize in a grammatically correct format.
