About Branch Automotive

Branch Automotive is a high level, family owned shop that specializes in domestic gas and diesel pickup trucks. We are known in the Highlands Ranch area for solving tough problems, communicating clearly with customers, and creating a place where advisors and technicians enjoy coming to work.

Our owner, Parker, is a GM World Class and ASE World Class Master Technician who is in the building every day, supporting the team and staying involved. The shop has one location with two buildings and 14 bays, serving 330 to 450 trucks per month.

Compensation

$80,000 to $130,000 plus Pay structure: salary plus a percentage commission based on the gross profit you generate Annual review on your anniversary date to talk performance, goals, and pay

Schedule and Time Off

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm No nights, no weekends Very understanding of family needs and true emergencies

PTO and holidays

Up to 120 hours of PTO 40 hours at one year 80 hours at two years 120 hours at five years Paid holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day Closed on Black Friday so you get a four day Thanksgiving weekend

What You Will Do

Greet customers and build long term relationships with truck owners Review DVI findings with technicians and turn them into clear, honest recommendations Build, present, and sell repair estimates that align with our values of transparency, honesty, and integrity Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email so they always know what is happening with their vehicle Work closely with the advisor team, shop foreman, and technicians to manage workflow without sacrificing quality Handle questions and objections in a calm, professional way that keeps trust at the center

What It Takes To Thrive Here

Previous service advisor experience in an automotive shop or dealership Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive demeanor Comfort talking about safety, maintenance, and long term vehicle care Ability to stay organized in a busy, high volume environment Natural focus on integrity and doing the right thing for the customer Willingness to collaborate with technicians and management instead of working in silos
