3+ years of proven success in a high-volume service lane.
Deep understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
Confidence, charisma, and next-level communication skills.
Mastery of service software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
A valid driver's license and a drive to win.
