JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, addressing their needs with professionalism and care
Effectively communicate service recommendations to customers and explain repair process clearly
Schedule appointments, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely service delivery
Coordinate with technicians and service department staff to ensure the smooth operation of the service process
Provide customers with accurate estimates, and follow up with updates during the service process
Handel customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for every client
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest automotive trends and service offerings
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or similar customer facing role
Ability to multi-task and manage a busy schedule in a fast paced environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficient with computer systems and software
